What Peekin is, and what it is not.
Does Peekin find properties or equipment for me?
No. You identify the place, item or project. Peekin sends a scout to observe and document it for you.
Is every scout an engineer, valuer or estate agent?
No. Standard scouts document observable facts and evidence. Specialist technical certification will be a separate qualified service tier.
Can a scout pay an agent or access fee on my behalf?
No. Scouts do not front access or agent fees with their own money. If a legitimate fee is required, the requester pays the relevant party directly.
What evidence do I receive?
Evidence standards vary by service. Property visits target at least 15 photos, equipment checks at least 10, and project or site checks at least 12, together with structured findings and video where appropriate.
